Alison Chen was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is a Naturopathic Doctor and graduate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), 1 of only 8 accredited Naturopathic Medical Schools in North America.
Alison is a teacher, athlete and avid traveler. She attended the University of Western Ontario where she received a Bachelors of Science specialized in Biology and graduated with Honors. During her University career she became a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
After graduating from Western, Alison spent 5 months in Tanzania, East Africa, volunteering with a non-profit organization called, Western Heads East. Her passion for travelling and learning continue to inspire her contributions to other communities.
